Our legendary Chef Sarkar brings to Prague his culinary know-how and years of catering experience. This know-how was originally gained in India, in the heart of Indian cuisine. Chef Sarkar has amassed a wide range of skills that today allow him to offer authentic and finest Indian cuisine in Prague. Sarkar's unrivalled culinary skills have earned him a loyal clientele that is unmatched in Prague. Thanks to his local knowledge and experience, we are confident that our customers will continue to enjoy only authentic Indian cuisine. After several years of working with the best Indian restaurants in Prague, the Sarkar brothers decided to take the bold step of opening their own restaurant with its unique quality. The Sarkar brothers were the first to introduce the buffet lunch concept in Prague. They popularized the buffet system and it attracted great customer interest and attention from all over Europe.
